My Story
May of 2008...my first introduction to Scentsy at a home party where I had NEVER heard of it...but it changed my life in a way I never imagined! The day before, I had almost burned my house down with a pillar candle on my mantel (you see I was addicted to FRAGRANCE and that's the ONLY way I knew to have it in my home...til NOW). I vowed to never burn another candle because it scared me so badly...so I wasn't going to buy ONE thing at that "candle party"! When I walked through that door and was introduced to the "best thing in candles" my eyes went wide and I fell in LOVE! Of course I purchased the BEST DEAL in the catalog (still is to this day, a Perfect Scentsy Bundle) and waited for the beautiful scents of Camu Camu and Beach to fill my home! OH and I booked my OWN party!
Ten days later, my consultant delivered my products and I immediately plugged them in. My family could NOT believe how amazing it smelled. We all decided we needed one for every room!
After my party closed and I received all my free and half-priced merchandise, I said, "I HAVE to sell this stuff!" I am now a part of the BEST FAMILY (and business) EVER.
Since 2010, my team has grown by leaps and bounds. My wife and I are SuperStar Directors now and work together making other's journeys with Scentsy everything they want them to be. We make a great partnership, each contributing different strengths to our business, which continues to flourish. One of the things we love is how this business allows us to meet amazing people, create lifelong friendships, travel the World, and deliver the BEST quality products to our customers.
Scentsy is led by people who believe we should "GIVE MORE THAN WE TAKE", and our goal is to also live by that guiding principal. It makes this opportunity that Scentsy has given us worth SO much MORE than just a JOB, it's my HAPPY PLACE! THIS is what I jump out of bed every morning looking forward to. Training, supporting, and loving on the people in my Scentsy team (which we call family) is what makes my heart soar.
